Processor role

For customer-configured workflows, Fojas acts as a processor of call data and related business records on behalf of the customer.

Subprocessors and regions

Subprocessors, regions, and infrastructure dependencies are documented during onboarding and can be restricted by contract for regulated deployments.

Deletion and return

Customers can request deletion or export of retained customer data according to the retention policy agreed for their workspace.
