Fojas processes call audio, transcripts, caller metadata, workflow instructions, and integration events to operate the voice workflows configured by each customer.
Customers can choose processing options for Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, or the European Union where available. Cross-region movement follows the policy approved for the workflow.
Retention is configured by customer and workflow. Zero-retention modes are available for sensitive pilots and regulated use cases where audio, transcripts, or logs should not persist.
