Use of the service

Fojas provides voice AI agents for inbound and outbound workflows, including reception, booking, qualification, support, and customer follow-up.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for caller consent, lawful use of caller data, accurate workflow instructions, and permissions for connected systems such as CRM, calendar, and ticketing tools.

Availability and pilots

Pilot scope, traffic volume, regions, integrations, service levels, and support commitments are agreed in writing before production traffic starts.
